Circle of Care
To persons of every age and circumstances. Circle of Care offers a broad range of health and home support service options to improve well-being, independence and quality of life, and to offer an alternative to institutional care.

Circle of Care's mission is to support individual independence and sustain and enhance the quality of life in the community.
Circle of Care is a community-based, charitable organization developed by and for the Jewish community, serving Toronto and area residents since 1974.
Circle of Care provides the following services:
HOMEMAKING, RESPITE AND PERSONAL CARE
For help with house cleaning, meal preparation, grocery shopping and laundry
COUNSELLING, CARE COORDINATION, SUPPORT GROUPS
For emotional support to frail adults and their families;
For group support in areas of Abuse, Bereavement, Family Caregiving
TRANSPORTATION
For safe, affordable, reliable transportation to and from medical appointments, shopping, social & recreational programs
VISITING AND TELEPHONE VOLUNTEERS
For regular one to one visiting for social contact and support for frail seniors - also specially trained Hospice volunteers;
For regular telephone contact to ensure client safety and well-being
KOSHER MEALS ON WHEELS
For nutritious affordable kosher meals (including special diets and menus) delivered daily by dedicated group of volunteers;
For a friendly hello and security check
Services are provided in many languages including Russian, Yiddish, Hebrew, Polish, French and Italian.

Circle of Care is open in York Region and part of 1 Open Door (Jewish Shared Services of York Region) which can connect residents with the home care services they need without going south of Steeles Avenue.
