If you’re looking to do something worthwhile that has a positive impact on the lives of others, and allows you to engage directly with a caring and passionate community, I suggest you try volunteering at Holy Blossom Temple.

As an intern in the youth community department, I’ve had the opportunity to work with congregation members, the rabbis and staff, as well as the many youth volunteers.  To say that amazing things have been accomplished is an understatement!

Whether it’s through the Out of the Cold program for the homeless, collecting clothing for a family shelter, or lending a helping hand at a youth event, having a positive impact on someone’s life is a real mitzvah, and extremely rewarding.

One of our youth volunteers said it best, “All we have to give is time.”

With the support and care of the congregation and community here at Holy Blossom, why not use that time to improve the lives of others in any way you can.
